and boundaries.

These terms apply when you browse this website or purchase services from MadeBySarz (“I”, “me”, “my”). When you engage my services, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these terms.

If a written proposal/statement of work conflicts with this page, the proposal takes priority for that project.

1.1 Services

I provide website design/development and related digital services, such as landing pages, multi-page sites, basic integrations, basic SEO foundations, performance optimisation, content structure, and brand/visual system work.

1.2 Quotes, scope and acceptance

• Scope is defined in the agreed quote/proposal (pages, features, integrations, deliverables).
• Work begins once the agreed deposit is paid (unless stated otherwise in writing).
• Anything not listed in scope is treated as a change request and may require a new quote.

1.3 Your responsibilities

• Provide required content/assets (text, images, logos, brand info) by agreed deadlines.
• Confirm you have the rights/licences to use any content you provide.
• Provide access needed to complete the work (hosting, DNS, accounts, admin logins), where applicable.
• Give feedback in reasonable time so timelines remain realistic.

1.4 Timelines & delivery

• Timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
• Delays in content, access, or feedback can extend delivery.
• Launch timing can be affected by third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment platforms, etc.).

1.5 Revisions and approvals

• Reasonable revisions are included only for items within the agreed scope.
• Major direction changes after approval may be billed as additional work.
• Once a stage is approved (copy/layout/design), further changes to that stage may be chargeable.

• Prices are stated in GBP (£) unless noted otherwise.
• A deposit is usually required to secure booking and start work (amount stated in your quote).
• Late payment may pause work and delay delivery/launch until cleared.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable (they reserve time and cover initial work).
• Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are not offered for completed work.

• You retain ownership of the content/assets you provide.
• After full payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for your business.
• Unless requested otherwise in writing, I may showcase completed work in my portfolio/socials.

I only collect and use personal data needed to respond to enquiries and deliver services. I do not sell your data.
